We are looking for: For our well-known customers in the metal industry, we are looking for an experienced helper (m/w/d) for operating a laser cutting system at Gevelsberg site.

Your tasks:

• Self-service and monitoring of a Trumpf laser cutting system
• Set up, run and start the machine according to predetermined programs
• Calling, customizing and optimizing the programs (Trumpf controller)
• Cutting sheets according to production orders and technical drawings
• Control of cutting quality and performance of minor corrections or maintenance work
• Material supply and internal transport using forklifts and hall cranes
• Quality control and documentation
• General production activities

Your profile:

• Multiannual professional experience in the handling of Trumpf laser cutting systems as an angelic machine operator in the metal sector
• (m/w/d), specialist in metal technology (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification is advantageous
• Multiannual professional experience in handling Trumpf laser cutting systems
• Secure handling of trump controls and editing programs
• Good knowledge of metalworking and sheet metal processing
• Existence of a forklift and as much as possible
• Self-employed, responsible and reliable operation
• ready for shift work (spring/spring shift)
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Teamability and flexibility
• Good knowledge of the German language
