You provide basic first aid knowledge in simple language, adapted to the needs of the target group. These include planning, implementation, documenatation and refurbishment. You conduct in-depth medical courses as well as practical training to prepare participants for their future missions. You create and review teaching materials so that You are easily understandable and correspond to the linguistic skills of the participants. You accompany and promote participants during training, answer questions and provide individual support. You take medical helper exams, evaluate the services provided and issue certificates for successfully completed courses. You ensure the professional and didactic quality of the training by continuous evaluation and further development of the teaching concept. You strengthen the team spirit and promote the participants in their role as future volunteers.

A successfully completed training as a specialist lecturer for medical assistants and first aid trainees. Experience in the practical application of first aid and medical measures. Funded knowledge in first aid and sanity. Educational methods for teaching knowledge in simple language. Team spirit, commitment and ability to motivate, encourage and inspire participants. Communication competence for a clear, empathic approach to participants, including language barriers. Organisational skills for planning and structuring courses and exams. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further language skills are welcome.
