Individually responsible creation and adaptation of CAD plans based on requirements of the project management (e.g. design, execution and inventory plans) Preparation and preparation of plan documents for project launches and project completions Competent preparation of revision documents and project documentation in accordance with applicable standards Support for tenders and procurement processes, e.g. by means of quantity determinations from stock and plan documents Work for various areas of expertise in project development (planning, project management, calculation) Ensuring structured, complete and standard documentation

Successfully completed training as a CAD designer / state-tested technician or a completed study Multiannual relevant professional experience in the production of CAD plans Willingness to further develop and further develop CAD and BIM Safe handling of common CAD software as well as MS Office and a pronounced technical understanding Team-oriented, committed and creative working with a high sense of responsibility Impressed communication strength and high social competence Very good German knowledge of C2 level
