Lawyer for civil law, labour law and litigation (m/f/d)

Mandant advises you on your own: in general and specialized contract law – from contract design to negotiations to enforcement of claims. You are working on a large mandate in the field of energy law, in particular in the EnWG, StromGVV, GasGVV. You deal with labour law issues on the employer's and employees' side, including contract design, business agreements, restructuring and disputes. You examine contracts and develop practical recommendations for action. You represent Mandant: in extrajudicial and in court.

You successfully completed both State Examina; relevant centers or stations are advantageous. Ideally, you bring first to several years of professional experience in at least one of the areas of contract law, energy law or labour law – and have the willingness to develop yourself in the other areas. You argue clearly, think economically and find practical solutions. You work structured, responsible and team-oriented.
