Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Professional experience in adult education Ideally already experience in the field of AZAV/concept Knowledge of current access routes to the labour market (open/covered) Very good communication skills in word and writing as well as a friendly, sovereign appearance cordiality and joy in dealing with people and empathy in the discussion Good sense for the regional labour market and a pronounced networking Self-employed working, rapid understanding, high reliability and strong sense of responsibility Experience in handling MS-Office and common operating software / Internet Knowledge and experience in dealing with online media and digital communication (video telephony, web training, chats etc.)
