Your tasks The goal is to prepare you so that you can do all your business tasks. That's why you're going through all departments and getting introductions to the special tasks.

The training as an industrial businessman or as an industrial businesswoman is a dual training with 1,5 school days per week in the Jakob-Friedrich-Schöllkopf-Schule in Kirchheim unter Teck.

The duration of training is normally 3 years, but can also be shortened to 2.5 years. Regular feedback talks give you insight into your progress during your training and show you where to further develop.
