As a receptionist (m/w/d) in part-time (20-30 hours) the professional support of our hotel guests is at your focus - from the warm welcome at check-in to the adoption. In addition, you will take care of the following: Check-in and check-out Checking and processing of reservations, overbookings and options Accounting incl. Management of costs and cash management and billing Organisational and administrative tasks in both front and back office areas (e.g. management of non-arrivals, answering emails) Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural team Qualifications Whether as a hotel expert or cross-entry?
