Technical CRM consultant Location: Uelzen or Hamburg (both hybrid)

Development and configuration of our CRM system (BSI) – technical and technical Development of new functions and automated processes Bringing your own ideas to optimally connect and continuously improve marketing, sales and customer service processes Close cooperation with the departments: Translation of technical requirements into technical solutions and strategic development of the CRM system Active participation in the construction of a new team – you shape structures and standards from the start

Technical and economic understanding, e.g. on the basis of a study or comparable qualification First practical experience in adapting CRM systems, ideally the BSI Suite Good knowledge in modeling and optimising business processes Analytical thinking, number affinity and the ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions Own initiative, joy in shaping and motivation to actively develop a system German language skills (at least C1)
