You are a competent contact person for all questions in rental law and advises colleagues on questions relating to rent law You will independently process all the topics in the field of rental law, including: You create and audit contracts and assist in contract negotiations You are responsible for the development and ongoing updating of contract management and the corresponding contract standards You coordinate the counter drawing of the contract documents until the signature process is completed

You have a degree in law Ideally, you can earn first experience in the design of commercial leases A relevant additional qualification, e.g. specialist attorney for rental law; LL.M. Immobilienrecht or the like completes your profile You have very good knowledge of rental and real estate law and a high level of readiness to learn
