Support and development of customer relationships in industry, in particular in household appliances Regular customer visits to maintain and develop long-term partnerships Acquisition of new projects and identification of market potentials Implementation of product presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations Creation of offers, calculations and negotiation of prices and contract conditions Maintenance and updating of CRM data and documentation of sales activities Close cooperation with internal departments such as engineering, project management and business development Coordination of technical requirements, patterns and specifications with international production sites Participation in trade fairs, specialist events and support in product launches Analysis of market and competition developments
