As part of our real-estate team in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt/Main, you advise and tax large real estate and infrastructure projects from the first idea to the implementation. Your extensive project management know-how and your property-specific knowledge are introduced into interdisciplinary teams and find customer-oriented solutions. Also in particularly challenging project phases you keep the overview and the threads firmly in your hand. With a proactive mindset, a sense of innovation and modern methods, you stay ahead of the market - and drive forward projects that really move something. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: You advise contractors, ministries, authorities and organisations with security tasks on strategic issues relating to real estate, infrastructure, public construction projects and defence and security infrastructure. You control complex real estate and infrastructure projects in the Project Management Office (PMO) or in a comprehensive project management function - from strategy development to planning to successful implementation. You will begin economic and feasibility studies and develop resilient decision-making bases for investment and transformation projects. You support the creation of offers, studies and customer presentations and actively shape market management in the areas of public infrastructure and defense. You take on professional project management and leadership responsibility, develop team members and advance our consulting services in the areas of public and defence infrastructure.

You have an above-average university degree and a technical background, for example as an architect:in, civil engineer:in or TGA engineer:in. You have at least five years of professional experience, first project management and leadership experience as well as great motivation for projects in public and defense infrastructure. In addition, you have already been involved in challenging real estate and infrastructure projects and ideally brings experiences from public-sector projects as well as in the environment of security-relevant projects, e.g. JVAs or barracks. You question facts critically and have very good communication and negotiation skills in German (at least C1) and English. You're also ready to take a security check. Experiences in building information modeling (BIM) or project management certification are advantageous.
