The HVVG Heimverwaltungs- und Rentalsgesellschaft mbH serves 18 stationary nursing facilities as well as 6 outpatient care services in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Niedersachsen, Berlin and Hessen. The HVVG summarizes all service services and the central tasks of the management for the operating companies. Quality management is your passion and an independent way of working distinguishes you? You accompany and advise the facilities on site in all quality matters in the regions Schleswig-Holstein/Hamburg/Niedersachsen/Berlin & Hessen Training of employees and support in the incorporation of executives You analyze, structure and implement workflows based on results Implementation of “simulated” MD tests in our facilities Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with and complying with statutory provisions Creation of reports taking into account all risk areas You report 14-day directly to the management

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) Knowledge of quality management (quality tools, methods, processes) and sound knowledge in expert standards You work independently, targeted, reliable and committed You are communicative and prove social strength in dealing with people Good IT user knowledge in Microsoft Office, ideally also knowledge in Geocon, DAN and SIS You are owned by a driver's license (class B) to reach our facilities (comfortable car Mercedes C-Class is hired).
