As Group Communications Manager (m/w/d), you can design and manage the internal and external communication of the internationally operating group of companies. As a central communication interface for the board, family of shareholders and international companies, you contribute to a consistent positioning of our group of companies. In addition, your task is: further development of group-wide communication strategy in the Team Group Communications Positioning and communicative accompaniment of central group topics such as the added value of community use, the versatility of apetito, the further internationalisation of the group, the establishment of ERP or ESG topics Development and implementation of strategic communication concepts for change and transformation processes as well as consulting managers and project managers Ensuring a consistent group presence in terms of brand, corporate identity, values and corporate culture Conception and support of international communication formats and events to promote group-wide cooperation

As Group Communications Manager (m/w/d), you are convinced by a high degree of self-responsibility, strategic thinking and a sovereign appearance. With your safe feel for different target groups, strong communication skills and a structured way of working, you will advance topics in a targeted manner. You will also bring: Successfully completed studies with focus on communication, media management, marketing or comparable qualifications multiannual relevant professional experience in internal and external corporate communication; ideal in the international context Very good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment and the willingness to participate in occasional business trips Very safe handling of complex, up-to-date topics as well as the ability to assess, classify and position these convincingly Experience in crisis communication is beneficial Active participation of digital transformation in communication work as well as safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence and digital tools
