You are responsible for parts of HR controlling/reporting at HR KNDS-Germany Your main tasks include active participation in the realignment of HR reporting including Ensuring adequate ESG/LkSG reporting including subsidiaries You work in implementing HR strategies and projects/special tasks of the HR department You create regular, coordinated and uniform standard reports, statistics and ad hoc queues You conduct independent, regular data checks on quality assurance in the HR system by You advise and support HR colleagues, executives and interface areas As a personal controller, you create personal planning in cooperation with HR business partners and HR management You contribute to the collection and analysis of personnel key figures for strategic decision-making

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of BWL, Business Informatics, Controlling, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or comparable training You have already been able to gain relevant professional experience in the field of personal control You are IT and pay-affin and bring very good knowledge in relevant IT systems such as MS Office, SAP HCM and BI with You have a strong experience in data processing and analysis, optimally also with the design of dashboards You bring fun to design new systems and processes You have a strong team and communication skills A high degree of autonomy and a structured, analytical and reliable operation complete your profile
