In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that develops our HSE standards with a sense of responsibility, self-initiative and wide-sightedness, thereby contributing to the safe working of the entire company through a strong knowledge transfer competence.

You actively contribute to sustainably anchoring the SPIE security culture – practical, future-oriented and implementation-oriented You support SPIE's growth rate in HSE integration of newly acquired companies You develop creative HSE training concepts (e.g. workshops, dialogue formats) with the inclusion of new digital solutions You initiate and manage projects to further develop HSE culture, for example by developing HSE innovations together with business partners As a HSE business partner, you support the operational business areas in preparation for HSE audits and accompany the implementation of measures and recommendations for action You independently tax projects – internally and in exchange with customers, authorities and the HSE organization You expertly advise professionals and managers on all issues of occupational health and safety You carry out root-cause analyses in case of serious or potentially serious accidents, check professional accident reports and support the operational implementation of

You have completed university studies in the field of engineering and/or safety technology as well as completed professional training as a specialist in occupational safety. You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience. You consistently implement your ideas and concepts, are IT-affin, have excellent knowledge in handling the MS Office package and the willingness to quickly acquire new software (e.g. own developments such as accident DB, GBU software, safety app etc.). You have a structured way of thinking and implementation as well as holistic and process-oriented thinking. In addition, you have a very good understanding of digitalization and the ability to penetrate and digitally support processes and topics. Ideally, you have knowledge of Behaviour Based Safety and Environmental Protection. Good knowledge of English complete your profile. Personally, it is important to us that you bring your own initiative and knowledge transfer competence (know-how transfer, people pick up, presentation skills, active listening) as well as a high social competence and seniority in dealing with executives, employees and third parties – and additionally flexible and with hands-on mentality
