Sales & Key Account Management: You are responsible for the sales and marketing activities of our global distribution partners within the cosmetics industry (Cosmetics & Personal Care) and you are committed to additional selected sales-rich direct customers (key accounts). Client Training: You regularly train the sales teams of our distribution partners in terms of product properties, sales arguments and application options of our cosmetic ingredients. Marketing & Communication: You support the marketing team in creating targeted content, such as product documents, brochures and presentations. In addition, you regularly write scientific articles for specialist magazines and lectures at national and international trade fairs and conferences. Strategy: You continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive activities based on promising growth strategies for our active ingredients Trade fairs & representation: You represent our company at the most important international trade fairs, seminars and conferences of the cosmetics industry, connects new contacts and pleasing business relationships.
