Then you will become part of Grohe AG and our R&D team and apply to us at our location in Hemer or at our location in Porta Westfalica as Development Designer (d/m/w).

Your tasks:

● Holistic development of flushing systems and fittings as well as their components

Development of solutions and evaluation of these according to functional and economic aspects

● Cooperation with external system partners to implement technical solutions

● Active participation in innovation management and introduction of own product ideas

● Partial project responsibility in the development projects assigned to you and representation of the department in our agile, cross-functional project teams

● Creation of technical product documentation with CAD Solid Edge, EDM Pro*File and SAP

Our requirements:

● Complete technical studies or comparable training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering

● First professional experience in a similar activity

● Experience in the design and construction of series products – ideally made of plastic injection moulding – as well as knowledge in flow teaching, hydraulics and the development of electronic components

● Experience in interdisciplinary project work

● Experience with SolidWorks or comparable design software

● Ability to capture and visualize complex facts

● Creativity and innovation joy and clear and targeted communication

● German and English knowledge in word and writing
