Employee payroll accounting (m/f/d)

Payment: You are responsible for the timely and correct execution of the monthly billing for a defined employee circle. Technical advice & compliance: You process complex social insurance and tax issues and ensure the legally compliant implementation of all accounting matters. Interface management: You are a competent contact person for employees, HR colleagues and external bodies such as health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions. Quality & Process Optimization: You ensure the quality of billing data, accompany legal changes and develop our payroll processes continuously together with relevant interfaces.

Qualification: You have a completed commercial training or comparable, ideally supplemented by a further training in the area of wage and salary accounting. Experience: You have relevant professional experience in the independent implementation of the pay bill. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in pay tax and social security law and keep your knowledge up-to-date continuously and independently. System knowledge: You work safely and routinely with common accounting systems such as SAP HCM, DATEV or comparable solutions. Working: You work carefully, structured and service-oriented and convince by a solution-oriented communication.
