Project Manager Architecture - Planning (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate demanding housing projects holistic, as a reliable contact person for clients, specialist planners and authorities, and take responsibility for dates, costs and qualities. In detail, this means: You take over the independent project management of demanding new and existing projects. You tax new building and existing projects in housing construction. You run the internal planning team professionally and organizationally. You communicate with builders:inside, authorities and specialist planners. You ensure compliance with quality, costs and appointments in our projects. You actively participate in the further development of internal planning and quality standards.

You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
