Team Leader Citizenship - Office for Migration and Integration

You conduct and coordinate one of the two teams within the field of citizenship law. You are responsible for complaint management, advocates the implementation and mediation of legal changes and actively contributes to the further development of quality management. In doing so, you will assist the team and you will jointly make informed decisions in complex individual cases. You carry out naturalisation procedures independently, advise applicants and coordinate cooperation with other authorities. In addition, you will check and decide in complex legal cases, and you will start legal tenders. You will also make statements, submission reports and naturalisation reports to the government office in case of consent, as well as in case of appeal proceedings, and conduct citizenship talks.

You have the career capability for the upscale non-technical administration service over one of the following qualifications, the employee examination II or the degree as an administrative expert*in, where appropriate, associated with a professional experience comparable to the senior service; or a completed study, preferably the social economy, legal or administrative science.
