Our brands Doppelherz and Protefix take leading positions in their respective markets and are distributed to end users in Germany and abroad via pharmacies, drugstore and consumer markets and e-commerce. The foreign share is 40%. Inland, the brands Stozzon, Litozin and Tiger Balm are also distributed.

You are the first contact person for our executives and employees of the areas of marketing, sales and medical science in all personal topics – from onboarding to the entire employee lifecycle to offboarding incl. the operational implementation Participation in personnel planning processes incl. Cost planning and analysis, preparation and presentation of results Close cooperation with the management of the departments in organisational and personnel measures – in particular in the areas of performance, change and growth Development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives in a medium-sized, dynamically growing international environment that connect modern human resources processes with economic thinking You are impulse generators in continuous optimization and ensuring efficient, digital HR processes Cooperation with the Works Council in relevant matters

Business studies with a focus on HR and/or completed commercial training with HR-specific further training experience in solution-oriented, operational and strategic personnel management, ideally in the above-mentioned fields, as well as safe occurrence towards executives Embossed knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, coupled with very good commercial understanding Good knowledge of digital HR tools (e.g. SAP, Infor, etc.) You are characterized by digital affinity, communication strength and entrepreneurial and partnership thinking Very good English skills in word and writing Joy of change, innovative spirit and enthusiasm for modern HR work in a growing international company
