You support professionals in planning and implementing measures. You help with care according to legal requirements. You participate in leisure and employment activities. You work closely with various external stakeholders (e.g. supervisors, families, doctors and therapists). You document your performance. You perform organizational and administrative tasks. You are adhering to the legal framework.

You have an education as a healing assistant, or old care assistant (m/w/d). You have joy and empathy in dealing with people with impairments and are respectful of them. You work independently and structured and learn quickly. You like working on the team. You are reliable and responsible. You have basic computer skills. You are motivated and interested in continuing education and training.

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
