As a general contractor, we implement various construction projects and cover the entire spectrum from conceptual planning to timely implementation.

You conduct projects from construction projects in stock – from planning to completion You conduct and coordinate the internal and external project participants You control the costs, dates and quality of the construction projects You develop technical solutions to optimize construction processes You communicate with builders, authorities and entrepreneurs You are acquiring and pleading customers:inside for long-term business relationships

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in managing construction projects, ideally in existence You have well-founded knowledge of building construction and technical building equipment You are safe in handling VOB, BGB and building contract law You bring team skills, leadership skills and negotiation skills You have very good German skills (C2 level)
