Software Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a software project manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for software activities that include several software development groups, locations and external software suppliers. You are responsible for the technical clarification, planning, coordination and monitoring of software development in mainly customer-driven projects. In your role, you support the overall project manager and act as a central interface between him and the participating software teams – internally, externally and on the customer side. You support the customer's request analysis, actively contribute to the creation and coordination of load and obligation specifications and ensure clear communication of the requirements for the development teams. Together with the specialists of the software teams, you analyze requirements, develop software solutions and document them in a comprehensible manner. After a reasonable period of incorporation, you will develop as a competent contact partner (m/w/d) in the company and represent your concepts and solutions in a sovereign manner.

You have technical training or completed technical studies, preferably in computer science, electrical engineering or automation technology. At best, You bring at least two years of experience in managing larger software projects. Ideally, you have gained several years of practical experience in high-level language development and have a deep technical understanding of modern software architectures. You know the essential software components of distributed systems of automation technology, think in system architectures and composite systems and can communicate them in a comprehensible manner. TCP/IP, XML, databases and OPC / UA as well as industrial communication concepts are familiar to you. You have a well-founded knowledge of the creation and description of software specifications as well as cutting points. As a coordinator (m/w/d) of different software teams, you have experience in tool-based planning and project management. In addition to excellent knowledge of German, you have good English skills in word and writing. A structured and independent operation, pronounced analytical capabilities, clear communication and team orientation complete your profile.
