Promoting Commercial Excellence: You develop commercial excellence themes of our customers in the process industry at depth. You connect specific business topics with IT-related solutions and processes. Optimize processes: You analyze and work with your expertise on topics such as customer processes, pricing, segmentation or contract management and translate them into feasible concepts and processes. Digitalize customer journey: You develop digital sales and customer processes to ensure consistent, scalable and customer-oriented market processing with high efficiency for our customers' sales success. Use AI for Customer Excellence: You evaluate the potentials of AI and develop suitable use cases together with our customers for intelligent, data-driven pricing, customer segmentation or contract management and procurement in order to specifically improve yield-relevant decisions. Portfolio development: You help shape our consulting portfolio in the process industry and support acquisition activities with your expertise.

Foundation training: You have completed your studies, for example in business informatics, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification. Consultancy experience: You have several years of experience in consulting the process industry and have already accompanied customers in industries such as chemistry, steel, gas & oil, consumer goods or building materials. A deep understanding of our topics related to Commercial Excellence is what distinguishes you. Digitalization competence: You bring a strong understanding of digital customer-excellence processes, systems and data models and translate goals and technical requirements into a form that is understandable and decisive for our customers. AI competence: You bring a strong understanding of the potential of AI in the context of Commercial Excellence. You recognize opportunities for efficiency, personalization and better commercial journeys and can translate them into concrete application scenarios. Acquise experience: Based on your experience in the design and control of acquisition situations, you accompany the entire process from the initial language to the project order. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
