As head of data management at our locations in Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Cologne, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for efficient, safe and high-quality data management. You create structures and standards to use data as a reliable basis for business decisions. Develop data quality and security policies, manage data management initiatives and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation between departments, data protection and IT. Become the driving force of a data-driven corporate governance – with responsibility, design space and future perspective. Strategic and operational responsibility for company-wide data management Ensuring data quality and availability as a basis for sound decisions Construction and maintenance of roles, responsibilities and processes in data management Development and implementation of guidelines on data quality, safety and use Definition and monitoring of KPIs and control measures for data purification and harmonisation Introduction and further development of master data policies and data management processes in operational systems Cooperation with departments, data protection, data security and external partners to ensure consistent data standards and the introduction of appropriate tools

Completed studies in information management, computer science, economy or comparable area Multiannual experience in data management, preferably in consulting or project-oriented environments Knowledge of data governance, master data management and organisational development Technical understanding of data architecture, databases and interfaces Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, ISO standards, TISAX) Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as structured, solution-oriented operation High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and excellent knowledge of German and English
