In our trainee program you will receive the necessary equipment for entering a promising project manager career. Along the course of the project we give you comprehensive insights into the respective areas of sales, commercial, planning, construction, work preparation, purchasing and execution. During your individual trainee program, you build a network in the company at our respective locations. In addition to the practical application, you regularly take part in internal trainings such as project controlling, construction law or quality management. In addition, you will continue to qualify for external training, such as legal bases or negotiation. During the program you will find a cross-disciplinary mentor. Regular feedback calls complete our package. After completion of the trainee program, you will start as project manager with the following tasks: Management, monitoring and control of construction projects for our customer Deutsche Bahn AG Support in offering and project preparation Date and cost control of the projects (with budgetary responsibility) Implementation of project-related follow-up management Leadership of employees and project related entrepreneurs Preparation and participation in technical acceptances Preparation of materialisation and production of existing documents
