Product Manager (m/w/d) – Focus on stationary care

Design the future of care software with us!

Strengthen our product management team and bring your experience from stationary care. Together we develop innovative solutions that really improve everyday care – in an agile framework, our Way of Working.

Your mission:

• You analyze maintenance processes in stationary practice and translate the needs of users:inside into product requirements
• You work closely with Product Ownern, Softwarearchitekt:inside from development, support, consulting and sales
• You support the design and development of core processes in stationary care software
• You recognize market and industry trends and develop innovative ideas and requirements
• You provide transparency about product progress and support the prioritization in the product roadmap
• The further development of the product on the basis of market requirements
• Continuous market observation including regulatory developments and trend analysis for strategic decision-making

Your skills:

• You bring several years of professional experience in stationary care and know the practical use of first-hand care software
• You have a good understanding of processes in the care and pleasure of developing them digitally
• You are a software affinist and are interested in working in agile product management
• You think analytically, work structured and communicate clearly
• You are committed, self-initiative and bring new ideas
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1)
