In our Salesforce Cloud Solutions Competence Center, you can design business-critical processes in the areas of sales, service, marketing and their integration into the existing backend world and implement the requirements of our customers in innovative, tailor-made solutions on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce is very agile and quick to implement. Salesforce projects are often successfully completed within a few months and are ready for new tasks with new customers. In the acquisition of necessary (re) certifications, we support you through training and mentoring by experienced colleagues.

Your mission

• You are responsible for results and projects across the entire product life cycle;
• You can see the scope definition and planning (proceedings, costs, time) with and start performance descriptions and effort estimates for acquisitions
• You carry out projects, both agil (Scrum) and classic (waterfall, fixed price)
• You design and optimise processes in sales, service and marketing as part of our national and international customer projects
• You are responsible for analysis, design and implementation of implementation and integration requirements in the areas of sales, service and marketing and salesforce configuration
• You are a strategic response partner at C level and open new business areas, or develop corresponding business strategies

Your Skillset .

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, sciences, mathematics or comparable qualifications
• Insufficient experience with Salesforce Introduction, Customizing and cloud-based architectures in general, as well as detectable Salesforce certifications and project deployments
• Experience with agile approach models as well as with the classic waterfall approach, appropriate certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe) desirable
• Successful participation in various IT implementation projects in responsible roles e.g. in design and ideally also as project manager
• Very good commissioning for operational processes in CRM, sales, customer service and/or marketing as well as process analysis and documentation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as R readiness
