Construction Manager (All genders welcome) for medium-sized maintenance projects

For our dedicated and sympathetic team in Berlin-Steglitz (Dalandweg) we are looking for a:n Construction Manager (All genders welcome) for medium-sized maintenance in part/full time

You plan, coordinate and monitor exciting construction projects of medium-sized maintenance and refurbishment (e.g. renewal of bathrooms, facades, windows and balconies) on our existing properties

You check the resulting insurance and mold damage and tax the appropriate craft companies and service providers

You ensure compliance with our quality standards and continuously develop them

You will keep in mind the timely and budget-compliant execution of the construction projects

You regularly carry out inspections, audits and acceptances in the Greater Berlin area and pay attention to compliance with all relevant building regulations and quality and safety standards

You start cost calculations as well as project reports and carry out risk analyses including Measures to mitigate risk

You act as an important interface between administration, maintenance and maintenance

At construction sites you can provide all your expertise, because you have a successful degree (e.g. civil engineering, TGA, architecture or a comparable qualification)

You have already been able to collect several years of professional experience in the construction management/construction monitoring of renovation projects

In dealing with the provisions of German building law, no one makes you

You draw from an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working

You are very organizational, you can grab things and keep the results and costs in mind

Your appearance is safe and in dealing with contractors you are fair, but assertive

You have secure Microsoft Office knowledge and ideally have experience in the application of real estate software, such as WODIS Sigma

You own a license from the Kl. B
