The German Pension Insurance (DRV) Baden-Württemberg is one of the largest regional providers of statutory pension insurance with around 3,600 employees. Our digitization department shapes the digital transformation of pension insurance as part of the nationwide IT multi-project rvEvolution. We want to develop our existing core system in a future-proof manner. Information security plays a major role for us as a KRITIS company. Together with around 400 colleagues from various pension insurance companies, we are driving the biggest transformation in the history of the DRV. The operation within the DRV is thereby fundamentally changed. We always focus on people and their needs.

Tasks

As an Information Security Coordinator (m/w/d) in the RV-Application/rvSystem:modernly, at the operational level, make sure that information security is appropriately taken into account in all steps of software development.

• They prepare the requirements of the Information Security Division in such a way that the department can implement them, advise the department in selecting the specific measures and coordinate implementation.
• They create and initiate documents relating to information security, such as procedural security concepts, and carry out risk analyses.
• They train and sensitize the staff of the department with regard to the requirements of information security and possible measures.
• They agree closely with information security management, with IS coordinators from other departments, and, if necessary, also across the board.
• They are involved in the preparation and monitoring of KRITIS audits and audit orders.

We expect

• A successfully completed study with IT reference or comparable training,
• Knowledge of information security
• Professional experience with the BSI's IT Basic Protection Compendium and relevant data protection laws
• Basic knowledge of agile software development methods
• For the role with focus on requirements management:
• Multiannual practical experience with the requirement management of functional and non-functional requirements
• For the role focusing on software development and programming:
• Multiannual practical experience as a programmer/developer
• Ability to understand and analyze complex relationships, as well as to communicate complex facts to professionals and non-experts
• willingness to carry out necessary training, multi-day service trips and occasionally to service outside our sliding time frame depending on the task is assumed.
