At the next possible time, we are looking for you for our HR team at Helios Kliniken GmbH as HR-Expert Compensation & Benefits (m/w/d) – Full-time, Berlin or another nationwide clinic location Actively shape the future of remuneration and benefits: You develop modern computing programs, drive innovative HR strategies and accompany the digital transformation of our clinics – either locally in Berlin or at one of our other nationwide clinic locations.

You develop, implement and manage general remuneration and benefits policies as well as recognition and reward systems for the entire company – in line with Helios and Fresenius' corporate strategy and business objectives You guide the development, design, tuning and introduction of concepts such as Toolboxes or a Benefits portfolio You control the paybenchmarking process and are responsible for maintaining tools and technologies for meaningful reporting You develop classifications for job evaluations, including job classifications, and implement the methodology according to recognised standards (e.g. Mercer) You take responsibility for projects in the Compensation & Benefits area, work closely with HR teams and departments and actively contribute to the digital transformation

You have well-founded professional experience, ideally also in the healthcare industry, and provide comprehensive knowledge in remuneration processes, salary benchmarking and job evaluation You know how jobs are evaluated and classified by methods such as Mercer You plan, manage and implement projects successfully You operate safely in dynamic environments and develop practical solutions You control German and English fluent in word and writing You bring proof of your measles immunization
