Commercial Employee Sales Controlling (m/f/d)

In your role in Sales Controlling, you will take on the creation and continuous development of cross-customer reports and analyses. You make sure that relevant key figures are processed transparently and serve as a sound basis of decision. You support resetting processes and budget planning and help create and optimize standard reports. In addition, you will design, implement and develop KPI-based control and reporting tools to ensure targeted sales control. Another focus of your activity is the analysis, investigation and monitoring of sales needs. Based on your evaluations, you conduct specific recommendations for action and accompany their implementation. You develop and optimize processes and systems in the Sales Controlling, continuously develop them and actively contribute your own ideas. In addition, you participate in cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for your own project topics.

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or an economic study with a focus on controlling, finance, etc. First experience in accounting, controlling or finance is of advantage. You have a strong numerical understanding and work structured and carefully. Analyses and calculations are yours and you have the pleasure of making complex relationships understandable. When handling MS Office, you are safe, especially with Excel and Outlook. Ideally, you have experience in data processing and reporting. Knowledge of Power BI or comparable BI tools are desirable. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. A high sense of responsibility, pronounced communication strength and team skills complete your profile.
