Responsibility for punctual and quality-oriented construction work Planning and organisation of work steps according to construction manager instructions Instruction of skilled workers and assistants, assignment of work Leading and introducing subcontractors Examination of the work design, partial responsibility for the quality of the completed work Procurement of building materials, machinery and inventory Independent coordination of construction sites as a shaft master, personnel and appointment planning Organisation of construction readiness, material management and supplier coordination Monitoring the schedule and early intervention in case of deviations Responsibility for Work Safety, Health and Building Site Quality

a completed training in the construction industry and a training for polishing professional experience as a polish Experience in running a team desirable Individual initiative, self-employment and team capacity Ready for use driving licence class B Very good German knowledge
