• As a team leader, you lead the employees of your department and organize a smooth daily routine, such as the creation of the employee schedules or the management of goods. • When it comes to selling, you become active yourself and act as a motivating model in the daily business. • You make sure that agreements and distributed tasks and priorities are adhered to and always keeps the overview. • Furthermore, you take responsibility for implementing and complying with visual merchandising policies so that our customers can keep a good overview of your department at any time. • As a team leader, it is also part of your tasks to promote and further develop staff and give you feedback. To do this, you tune with your store manager to which you image the interface.

• A completed commercial training, ideally in fashion retail • Multiannual professional experience in textile retailing • First experience as team leader, deputy team manager or department manager/floor manager • Embossed organizational design and high customer orientation • A safe occurrence, good communication and motivation skills as well as the ability to inspire others for new ideas
