You take care of scheduling and coordination for our two facilities in HH-Altona and correspond with health insurance companies, authorities, specialist offices etc. You support the administrative preparation and follow-up of audits, visits and audits and monitor compliance with requirements and deadlines You work closely with accounting and are responsible for cash billing as well as for the processing of invoice entries You support failure management You're puggling our database (we work with Vivendi software) You plan and book standard training and instruction and support in the service planning according to the instructions of the lines You are responsible for ordering consumables and goods (e.g. care and cleaning agents, office supplies)

You have a completed 3-year training with commercial content or a comparable qualification You are strong in communication and work conscientiously and structured You are service-oriented and have a hand-on mentality You have very good computer skills (MS-Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) You have digital skills You master the German language very safely in word and writing
