Assistant (gn) of the management searched! Our customer is a world-leading company that develops and delivers innovative materials, networks and laser technologies for the industrial, communications, electronics and instrumentation markets. At the Hamburg site we are looking for a new assistant (gn) of the management as part of the transfer of employees with a weekly working time of 40 hours per week.

Your duties as assistant (gn) of the management:

• Support of management
• Head of the Travel Cost Centre
• Coordination of fleet management
• Creation of presentations
• Planning and implementation of events and workshops

You bring these qualifications as a management assistant (gn):

• Complete training in the commercial sector or similar qualification desirable
• First professional experience (min. two years)
• German language skills (GER B2)
• Good knowledge of English (GER B1)
