Purchasing Processing Dentistry (m/f/d)

Acquisition of offers, conduct price negotiations, procurement and accounting management Personal and telephone support of our suppliers Central contact for all AllDent tooth centers regarding procurement topics Close cooperation with local warehouse staff identify and identify suitable sources of supply and build alternative suppliers Monitor stocks and maintain product and supplier master files in our system Placement and settlement of orders, audit and release Support for the expansion purchase at the new opening of tooth centres (3- 4x a year for 1-2 weeks each) Working on projects in strategic purchasing

Completed commercial or dental training Professional experience in sales or as ZFA of advantage Experience in handling goods management systems of advantage Knowledge of medical consumables are advantageous Negotiating skills, resilience and enforcement Structured operation with hands-on mentality Versified handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook etc.) Good knowledge of English General readiness to travel within Germany (average 1 – 2 months a year)
