At the SOS-Kinderdorf Hamburg we are looking for an educator / healer education teacher (m/w/d) in Hamburg-Dulsberg for our children's family in an indefinite job, part-time (20 hours/where.) Your area of responsibility: As part of our multi-professional team, you play a central role in the educational support of four children within a children's village family. Together with another specialist, you can support the Kinderdorf Mutter or the Kinderdorfvater in everyday life. They actively shape an environment that creates security, trust and individual development opportunities. Designing everyday life: They accompany the children in everyday educational life, in educational and free-time educational activities - age-oriented and participative. Promote development: They support children individually in their emotional, social and cognitive development and work together on perspectives for a self-determined life in a social environment. Binding & offer protection: You shape sustainable, authentic relationships taking into account our child protection concept. Teamwork & Responsibility: They work closely with the children's village mother or the children's village father, take responsibility in their absence and jointly secure reliable daily structures. Networking & Cooperation: They work with help and education planning and are active in exchange with the social environment of the children. Flexible use: For holidays or illness, you are also represented in other children's village families and support in family-wide offers.
