Active support in expanding and expanding our market position in the Upper Extremities area – especially in shoulder and elbow endoprosthetics Clinical care and application focusing on training and consulting of doctors as well as surgical personnel to implant systems and 3D alignment solutions Direct support for operational procedures and planning and implementation of workshops and training Takeover of an important role in Gap-Filling through flexible support for human bottlenecks or increased OP-Last Ensuring consistently high service and care quality for our customers throughout the region Close and proactive cooperation with the external service team including active exchange of customer needs, priorities and developments as well as support in account development Accompanying project customers and new users as well as active support in the introduction of our systems and strengthening existing customer relationships through high presence and reliability Active participation in sales and marketing strategies as well as continuous observation of market and competition developments and active knowledge transfer in the team

Required Multiannual experience in the OP environment (e.g. as OTA, OP-Pflegekraft or OP-Leitung) or first experience in medical technology, ideally in the field of orthopaedics/infall surgery or Shoulder or elbow endoprosthetics High self-motivation and the right to take responsibility and actively shape an area Team-oriented, proactive operation with a good sense of where support is needed Structured, independent and service-oriented mode of operation and sovereign action also in dynamic OP situations Enthusiasm for technical applications on the human body and a pronounced spatial imagination (3D confession) Secure appearance and communication strength in dealing with different contact persons at different hierarchical levels Very good German and good English skills Class B valid driving licence and high readiness to travel Preferred Complete studies in medical technology, sports sciences, physiotherapy, movement sciences, biomechanics or a comparable qualification Experience in shoulder or elbow surgery, especially in endoprosthetics or arthroscopy Experience accompanied by product launches and clinical training
