Employee Conference Service (m/f/d)

As an employee conference service (m/w/d) you support our services team in preparing and supporting events - and thus contribute to an extraordinary customer experience. Room booking management: You accept reservations via our booking tool and organize the desired set-up for the events including the required materials and equipment. Conference room service: You will take care of our guests and take care of a smooth course of events in which you e.g. the cover of conference/training rooms and the provision and filling of food and beverages. Welcoming: As a good soul of the location you always have in mind that the premises look appealing and neat and are contact person:in for employees, visitors and service providers (e.g. media technology). Material and goods management: Ordering work and consumables is your daily business. All-round service: You also take “other” tasks such as the disposition of Give Aways, the processing of the entry and exit mail as well as the management of keys and finds.

You have an education in the hotel, gastronomy or event area. Ideally, you've brought 3 years of operational experience in a relevant environment Good knowledge of MS Office applications Organizational talent, hand-on mentality, pronounced service orientation as well as professional and friendly appearance Structuredness, flexibility, team capacity, resilience and high enforcement capability German very good in word and writing, good English skills
