In your function as an industrial engineer, you are responsible for the development and design, as well as monitoring of production processes and their optimization for the field of module equipment in the underwater area. You are responsible for ensuring machine availability and introducing measures in case of malfunctions. They support department management in implementing modernisation. Together with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve working safety and machine performance. As a contact for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details in your own production environment. The preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits is also one of your tasks. You will also support the Master in the topics of occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and lead time reduction.

They have completed technical or higher education in the field of production technology/machine engineering/electrotechnology or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in shipbuilding or plant construction is required. We presuppose the expertise of these activities. We anticipate good knowledge of German and English.
