Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Business Consulting Finance team, you can support our customers in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart in the agile Finance Transformation, in the optimization and/or optimization of the financial sector. Transformation of financial management (Forecast, Plan, Controlling, Consolidation and Reporting) as well as financial processes, financial data management, finance analytics and the digitization of the financial function. You develop holistic solutions that range from the strategic orientation of the business model to the technical conception of financial processes and architecture to the implementation in financial architecture and data budget. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising national and international financial and insurance companies in implementing regulatory and strategic requirements in data management (e.g. BCBS 239 / RDARR, MaRisk, Solvency II) Development and implementation of data governance frameworks, role models and guidelines for finance and risk data Structure of data quality and control concepts including KPI definition, monitoring and data quality reporting Analysis and documentation of data flows (data lineage) and use of metadata management and business glossary tools to ensure transparency and traceability Designing and implementing IReF-compliant data architectures, data models and end-to-end reporting processes

Complete studies of economics, business informatics, mathematics or comparable qualification with a focus on finance, data & analytics Ideally experience with tools such as Collibra, D-Quantum, Informatica or comparable Data-Governance- & Metadata solutions and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS239, RDARR, MaRisk, VAIT, DORA, Solvency II) Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
