As an expert in product & service development, you will find your home in the Chapter Privatcustomer property, liability, accident and travel and will be used for the development of new products and services or the targeted improvement of processes in cross-functional teams. With the team, you are responsible for developing customer-centred solutions and can contribute your technical focus of accident insurance in the Squad income protection accident. In addition, you will promote specific topics for process optimization or profit extraction and optimization of the stock.

Your responsibilities

• Product development with focus on accident insurance
• Identification and Priority of Product and Service Ideas
• Participation in Chapter Private Customers SUH
• Creation of product-specific, quantitative analyses and reporting
• Monitoring stock development in qualitative and quantitative terms
• Preparation of decision templates
• Use in interdisciplinary, agile teams and presentation of results before stakeholders

You

• have a training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable commercial training
• are ideally an insurance specialist or have completed an economic study
• has knowledge about the savings accident insurance
• have experiences in creating concepts and requirements
• Works goal- and result-oriented and brings the will and courage to change, and in addition you are contact- and team-ready
• has agility, flexibility and creativity in solving current problems
• show self-initiative and self-employment in new tasks and are ready to continue to train
