Property Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic-professional support of the port films or objects entrusted to you, predominantly in top layers of Germany, as an in- and external interface between client, tenant and service provider In detail, you take over the tenant and lease contract management, the control & guarantee of the (external) additional cost billing and in individual cases also the independent billing

The handling of standard maintenance tasks of the property as well as the monitoring of associated deadlines and calendars are not a challenge for you, as is the case with our technology team

In addition, cost planning, control, target/actual balance and reporting (OPEX) are your responsibility

Interfaces to public bodies and the support of insurance-relevant processes are familiar to you

We know the care and collection of our master data in the digital data space and in our object management system in good hands

You have a subject-specific training and/or a (building) degree with relevant professional experience in managing commercial real estate You have the pleasure of dealing with people, are safe in communication with tenants, service providers and public authorities

You have (first) experiences with YARDI Voyager 7S and speak English at min. a solid B2 level
