Leading with vision – designing with structure

As an experienced leader with heart for people and eye for processes, you take over the leadership of our personnel department. With a strong team on your side, you can advance modern personnel work in the field of tension between tradition and future. Leadership & Team Responsibility: Professional and disciplinary management of the HR department with around 10 employees. Direct leadership of team management, assistance and personnel developer – including the promotion of motivation, cooperation and further development Strategic Sparring Partner: Close cooperation with management and executives in all labour and collective bargaining issues Human resources development & training: Control and development of measures for further education, talent promotion and youth security – from vocational training to occupational health management Collaboration & Participation: Confidential cooperation with staff council, heavy-handed representation and youth and trainee representation, incl. participation in regular exchange formats Key figures & statistics: Responsibility for HR statistics, joint evaluation with controlling and processing of external enquiries (e.g. by statistical offices) Digitization & Process Optimization: Development and Digitization of Central HR Processes in the sense of modern, efficient human resources management Quality Management & Auditing: Responsibility for HR-related topics within the scope of the audits DIN ISO 9001, 27001 and Audit family – incl. Documentation, implementation and corrective measures External Representativeship: Representation of the HR Department with customers, partners and external institutions (e.g. IHK, vocational schools, trade fairs) Compliance & Information Security: Responsibility as Information Controllers: Safety & Health: Head of the Health Working Group and the ASA meetings with a company physician, safety engineer and representation of interests Legal responsibility: Representation of the company in labour court proceedings and close coordination with legal bodies Network Care & Benchmarking: Active exchange with personnel officers within health and accounting

Complete university studies (e.g. human resources management, business management, economic law or comparable qualification) Knowledge of labour, collective and social law Multiannual detectable experiences in personnel management and strategic HR management High leadership competence, communication strength and consulting security Innovation joy and experience in digitizing HR processes
