The Dortmund Directorate is looking for one/one for the Facility Management Bonn division at the workplace of Bonn at the next possible time: Construction Manager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: DOFB2182, Stellen‐ID 1305805) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the real estate sale as well as the forest and nature protection specialist care of the property properties. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been beamed to life (identical or next low grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Construction management in cooperation with the commercial and technical property management of the federal government as well as the local personnel of the external landlord in commercial properties, in particular: Planning of construction maintenance and investment measures in coordination with measures of the external landlord, creation of performance directories, project control, detection and evaluation of construction conditions Monitoring the execution and acceptance of construction measures (including design, dates, costs, qualities) Supporting measures from building perspective (including accessibility, building energy efficiency, sustainability in the building stock, including life cycle-oriented building operations) Quality management, in particular control of all parties involved in the construction with the implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and advice of users on savings potentials and cost optimization

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor in the field of architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 Competences: Knowledge of building law and industrial property law Understanding structural and economic relations Knowledge of procurement law Knowledge of fire protection Knowledge of project management Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in partially multi-day training and business trips Class B driving licence and standby for the independent operation of service vehicles An application requires the willingness to be subject to a review pursuant to § 9 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG) and a review by the user
