With enthusiasm and expertise, you can organize and guide the teaching independently and accompany your students to the success of learning. In addition to teaching in the professional field of vehicle technology, you will also be employed in another classroom. It is mainly used in the vocational school dual and in the basic stages of the corresponding training occupations. You will expect the cooperation with external partners and a dedicated cooperation in the teams. In addition, a readiness for incorporation in the main areas of motor vehicle metrology (cars and commercial vehicles) and land and construction machinery mechatronics is assumed. The school provides adequate support for the necessary incorporation.

You have a master's degree in the apprenticeship (basically trained apprenticeship) or a master's degree in vehicle technology or a related area, so that you can bring the willingness to obtain the teaching skills as part of the cross-entry. The willingness to participate in an educational-didactic training measure is a prerequisite for the recruitment as a cross-income. In addition to teaching in the professional field of automotive engineering, you will also be employed in a further classroom for which you have completed examinations in your studies and can prove them.

In the event of the existence of the railway and personal conditions, the recruitment to the civil servant's relationship to the trial is carried out according to grade A 13 NBesG, otherwise as a collectively employed apprenticeship according to TV-L (subject to the contract of employment of the countries) – depending on the condition in the remuneration groups of EC 11 to EC 13 TV-L. After the successful completion of the trial period, the teaching staff will be transferred to the civil servant's relationship to life.
