The laboratory Dr. von Froreich has been one of the leading human medical laboratories in northern Germany for over 40 years and has been part of the global laboratory network of the Sonic Healthcare Group since 2008. In order to further expand our successful location in Hamburg-Harburg, we are looking for a Personalreferent (m/w/d).

They accompany and advise our specialists and executives from our laboratory areas with approx. 200 employees with regard to all issues related to the HR Life Cycle, taking into account the relevant laws and operating arrangements. They are responsible for the implementation of personnel measures relating to personnel marketing, recruiting, contract management and staff release. They are actively involved in HR projects and drive existing HR processes and adhoc topics. You can also innovatively introduce and implement new ways, methods, tools or processes in your field as a “Change Agent”. They maintain active and trusting cooperation with our works council.

You have successfully completed an economic or comparable study with a focus on personnel or commercial training with a corresponding further qualification (e.g. They have several years of experience in HR. They have well-founded work and social insurance knowledge. Ideally, you can look back on a trusted cooperation with an works council. They convince with the strength of conception and implementation, combined with a high degree of self-motivation, self-organization and social competence, self-confidence and binding appearance. They have very good MS Office knowledge as well as ideally experience in working with a HR software.
