Creation and testing of operating and heating cost accounting for our customers. Analysis and control of additional costs as well as optimization of accounting processes or internal processes. Correspondence with tenants, owners and external service providers on additional costs related topics. Close cooperation & communication with various internal specialist departments. Maintenance and management of accounting data in our ERP system. Objection management and cooperation in litigation. Analysis and optimization of operating/heating costs.

completed commercial training, ideally in real estate or administration. Experience in operating costs or a comparable range. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems (even: DOMUS Navi/CRM) are of advantage. Quick conception, accuracy and analytical thinking, as well as fun dealing with numbers. Certain and structured working conditions also in more stressful situations. Solution-oriented action.
